One fo the most desirable apps for the iPhone has always been a video recorder. A few developers in teh past tried to create the ultimate iPhone video recording software, but they either gave us a 5 second video recorder with no real functionality or purpose or they were full of empty promises and never really delivered anything at all.
iPhone Video Recorder is turning out to be one hell of an app, with new features and refinements coming with every update. Dream Catcher has add the ability to upload your video to your YouTube Account directly form the iPhone. This is a great way to share your vids with friends and family while on the go. I have not tested over Edge, but it works great over wifi.
Encoding also seems to be faster and better. There are still the same four video quality (lowest, low, better and best) and size (landscape, portrait, max picture and on the fly low quality) settings to choose from.
You also no longer need to tap on the screen to get the video to start playing, there are some added graphics for menu options and the interface on a whole looks to be allot smoother and better.

DreamCatcher has released the latest update to their new smash hit iPhone Video Recorder. The version 1.1.8 update adds two cool new features to this already great application for the iPhone. Brightness and Landscape and Portrait mode.

Don’t ask what I am doing up so late, but as usual I decided to check my Installer on my iPhone for any late night App updates, I know they usually come late at night. I guess the devs are up late too. Low and behold, version 1.1.6 of iPhone Video Recorder - Update - Yes Sir, why not! I guess DreamCatcher get more work done late at night too

Update: there is allot of discussion over on Hackint0sh about iphonevideorecorder using ffmpeg, which is lgpl (Open Source), so charging for it or putting limitations on the software to encourage people to buy and not making the source public is greatly frowned upon..
DreamCatcher has launched its video recording application for the iPhone (before uShow I must add). Unfortunately this is a commercial application with a free limited trial. I guess the good thing about paying for apps is that the developer may be motivated by money to keep upgrading, supporting and developing the application for future upgrades to firmwares etc.
