For those of you having trouble getting Street View open in Google Maps on 2.2.

Please note, the iPod Touch 1 or 2 does NOT support Street View AT ALL! Don’t ask, don’t complain!!

Here are the instructions:
1) Drop a pin somewhere, or search for a location.
2) Tap the pin to bring up the info, etc.
3) Tap the lil icon looking like a guy

4) Enjoy Street View!!

NB: Only works in areas with Google Street View. If you can’t get Street View on your computer, it won’t work on iPhone either. Don’t whine about this either!

im on 2.2 now, really hate 2.1 firmware. so far look good. left more hard drive space just not get my phone hanging. but by far works up to my expectation. already gave my phone one more chance, if it crashes again i’ll get me a different one.
