Any-Network.com Claims their Sim Chip unlocks iPhone 3G with data

Any-Network.com has claimed to be the first company to unlock the iphone 3g via a Sim Hack that allows 3G data to be used. They boldly state that:

“Other companies like yes sim, rebel simcard and turbo sim also claim to unlock the phone however you can’t use 3g data and have to keep swapping your simcard from phone to phone to gain a signal.”

Well, IF this is true this is quite a bold claim indeed because allot of other SIM solutions have been tested and have had various levels of success with data and some other brands have been available before Any-Network was supporting the iPhone 3G.

But how is Any-Network.com Sim any different? The Sim Hacks above all do have problems and they don’t support 3g access, which is kind of pointless on a 3g phone (unless you live in a country like me with no 3G coverage - yet). Any-Network claims that their chip is the only one which does not drop a signal and has 3g data access.

I bought from this company and they have not sent my sim either, I have emailed them twice with no repsonse. I got mad and said I want my money back and they have canceled my order. I dont think they are reputable people. I would stay very far away from them….

ordered the sim got it. didnt work so i emailed them and they got back to me right away saying to send them the sim back for a full refund. so they told me to order another one which i had to pay and when they recieved the bad one they would refund me. its been over two weeks and still no refund. as for the second sim that i got,it kinda works but no 3g data. whats the point of having this then if it dont work. they advertise that you’ll have 3g working and everything else as well.no luck here. once again i went to there website and emailed them for some support and i’ve been waiting over two weeks with no response. so i’m still waiting for support and my damn refund! im
getting ready to open a claim with paypal on this action. stay away from these people as they are not a reputable company…

I ordered the sim still no confirmation email, no tracking number, no response from the company,I am canceling my order at this time, I have read to many complaints about any-network.com…
If you check them out you will see that they are based out of Bellview Washington. Where are the chips actaully coming from, and why no response from them?

Wow…hearing all those bad things for any-network sure is scary! I too ordered an item from them about 4 days ago and have not heard anything from them. I emailed them so many times but got zero response. It is starting to piss me off as well. But i have no choice but to wait as they are the only company that came out with this device to unlock 2.2.

I hope I get mine soon and will keep you guys updated.

Well im going to stick up for them as I have had the v2 and now just got the v3 today.

I have had 2 v2s though but there support was excelent and i got a replacement within 2 days.. It was my fault realy as i took it out to try another sim in and damaged it when putting it in.. I didn’t tell them that though.

But as of today I have just received the new v3 and all is working perfect even after upgrading to 2.2

The shipping took a few days but when I ran up I spoke to a guy called Marcel and he stated that they had 1000’s of orders because it the only device to unlock the new v2.2 but there back on top of the orders now.

I have heard you saying good things about any-network in a few sites already. but seriously pal, i just can’t imagine you actually got your sim card! when did you order? i ordered on the 27th but i still didn’t have it yet. Marcel also said to me that it will be here this THursday or Friday, but it is already freaking saturday and i didn’t get shit yet. it is starting to piss me off. how long did it take for you to get your?

I got my any-network card today, a week after opening a paypal dispute. Its not woking so far. Have e-mailed support but not heard anything back as of yet.

Guys, just got V3 through the door from any-network after much the same problems you’ve had. Needless to say I managed to get it to work with the latest baseband and 2.2 firmware but only for a few hours, then the signal disappears!! Oh and the 3G doesn’t work either having spent over 24 hours dicking about with it now!!! Think I’m ready to give in. I wouldn’t trust any-network at all. They did send the product through eventually but you can’t get hold of them for love nor money and didn’t answer any questions… I think it’s a bit of a scam to be honest, the product just isn’t there and seems to suffer all the problems the others do, well at least on Orange. The signal reception has now refused to work for the last few hours, nothing seems to get it working again even using the SIM in another phone then transferring back again.

If anyone has any more info it would be great to know!

Don’t bother with them. I’ve gien them plenty of chances and they just can’t deliver. Waste of time, money and effot.

Search “any-network” in Google and you’ll see enough complaints to justify a lot of the negative press above.

after trying all instructions NO LUCK no service
Fuck apple and any-network and rebelsim and yessim
they all dont work!!!
almost kicked my iphone of the bridge:-)

well guys nothing left at the moment than to wait
but starting to hate apple for this joke
hope they stick the iphone in a hole where there is no light

Yep… mine arrived (V3) and same problem… No SIM for hours, eventually Orange service kicked in. Only for four hours then No Service. Now won't work at all despite going through all Any-Network FAQ's and fixes. As good as useless!! Left messages two days ago and email, no response. Now the voicemail says it's full!!

Will keep trying to get my money back but not much hope…

Stay well away from these people until they convince us that they are looking into and resolving the problems, not scamming (illegally) people!!

well, I popped my V3 any-network into my phone and instantly got an orange signal, data, voice in and out and sms all worked. Great I thought However, within 30 minutes I could not use data or receive inbound calls. Outbound always work but not a lot of use for a phone! After resetting the sim it will work again for a few minutes. It looks to me it may be when switching between 2g and 3g that it loses sync. It always shows signal but plain doesn't work. I called and mailed them but got the usual lack of response and a full mail box on the PAYG they use for "support".
So it looks like another scam. I will try again at some point using just 2g and see if that hold a signal. Don't really expect so though. And seeing as they don't offer a programmer I guess we can asume we are buggered if they do fix the issue…..
