Download and Watch YouTube vids directly on your 2.0 iPhone with MxTube 1.5a

Max (the teenager developer of MXTube) didn’t want to rush the development of MxTube 2.0 so it wouldn’t be as buggy as MxTube 1.0. But Max has managed to get MxTube working on 2.0 on the Touch and iPhone, but he has has left new and under tested features turned off.
The new MxTube 1.5a does have a few extras such as:
- Background Downloader
- Video Descriptions
- Watch videos in MxTube before downloading them.
At the moment, YouTube Mobile is the video search feed Apple’s YouTube app uses. YouTube.com will contain videos that do not show on YouTube Mobile. This feature is currently disabled because YouTube.com search requires FLV to MP4 conversion which has not been implemented in 1.5a’s background downloader.
MxTube is now available for firmware 2.0 users via Cydia thanks to _BigBoss_ from sleepers.net. max is working hard ot iron out any bugs that may make MxTube crash or prematurely download vids.
It works perfectly and I’ll be posting some screen shots in a couple mins.. Thanks Max for this great app.
