UPDATE: After updating to the latest SkrewCommon file required for vWallpaper it Skrewed my iPhone - no apps on the spring board were responding. I’m not sure if this is due to the combination of Apps I had, please comment if you have any problems.
The developer has posted about this problem.
vWallpaper from developer Eric Degrange has released a new version 0.8 that has improved upon an already great application for the iPhone. You can now connect to a server and download Video Wallapapers for your iPhone. There are quite a few to choose form and I am sure there will be new videos added daily.
There are still a couple bugs when using the app, the auto lock feature doesn’t seem to work and the wallpaper stops playing once you use another app that uses/plays video.
Also - On my phone which is running vWallpaper and Stacks, when you reboot there is a crazy screen flickering and zebra stripes, when I first say it I thought Zibri was out to get me!!
Ok maybe not, but these are small bugs I can live with and get around, but I am sure the developer is working hard to fix these and any other issues.

Yup…been making my own. Used Maya and made some 3D text of my logo…then used after effects to compose the image sequence and encode as mp4. Logo just rotates 360* on the center of its Y axis:
