Play embedded YouTube Videos in Safari with upcoming iPhone 2.0 Firmware

BoyGeniusReport.com posted this video and basically confirmed what had been buzzing in the old rumor mill recently that YouTube videos embedded into web pages will be supported by Safari and the YouTube player on the iPhone. While this may only seem natural to you and me, it has taken Apple, and YouTube, I must add some time to catch up with this. This is only because every video on YouTube has to be converted for the iPhone into H.264 format, yup every single one..

Conveniently it opens the YouTube Player on the iPhone very quickly, then when you are done, it returns you to the page you were viewing (and not the springboard thankfully)

It may still be nice to have the video play small and to be able to continue viewing the rest of the page. I sometimes like to just listen to some videos, strange as that sounds (e.g. if its a review of something i already kinda know about), or sometimes I may find a better video lower down and want to skip to that (always happens when looking at blogs and iPhone app sites).
