BeamYourScreen - Web Conferencing on your iPhone

This is pretty easy to get working. Call the meeting host or have them call you on your iPhone, then who ever is hosting simply click on the BeamYourScreen icon in your system tray on your PC. Once you have entered your username and password, the BeamYourScreen session info window will instantly appears, containing a unique 9-digit session ID. Open Safari on your iPhone, tap the home button and open safari and go to www.joinsession.info to access the BeamYourScreen HTML viewer, then enter the 9-digit session ID and your name.
Once you have established a connection, you will be viewing the host’s screen straight from you iPhone handset in true color quality and in real time, and be able to hear them via the phone call connection. Pretty neat. This obviously will not work via EDGE, but you can still access other parts of your iPhone while the call/meeting is in progress, so take notes, take screenshots on your iPhone, add meeting contacts, take a nap, whatever you do in meetings.

Some of you may love this some of you may hate it. On one hand, if your boss sees this he may make you enable it so you can always be on call and attend those important meetings, on the other, it may be the perfect way to virtually be on the job while really home, on the go or traveling. (are you a slacker or a hard worker?)
