The ppl over at HyperSim are claiming that they have a *SIM solution for 1.1.3 unlocking, I am not calling it anything more thana rumor as of yet, but the video does show all the right stuff so far. It has the new 1.1.3 firmware and baseband and the phone making and receiving calls.
Check out the video yourself and make your own call, I am going to do a little more searching for HyperSim and see what i can find.

That’s a 2007 Week 51 phone - ie. 1.1.2 OTB, soft-upgraded to 1.1.3. You can do this on any 1.1.2 OTB phone, the 1.1.3 OTB cannot be unlocked at the moment.

sorry, but if you look at 1.:22 you will see that its modem firmware 04.13.03_g
the soft updates do NOT update the modem firmware/basesband.
